Yeah Yeah Yeahs singer Karen O releases her debut solo album, Crush Songs on Julian Casablanca’s Cult label on September 9th in the US. The video was directed by her husband Barney Clay and sees Karen floating serenely through the water in dashing red. This year she has been nominated for an Oscar for the song The Moon Song, a collaboration with director Spike Jonze from the 2013 film, Her.

There seems to be little information about the album so that is it for now – unless you know something I don’t know?
