Forgotten Manchester band The High from their 1990 debut Somewhere Soon. This single, released twice, successfully broke into the Top 30 the second time round. There was some minor UK chart action for their other singles and despite a low album placing they were allowed one more chance. They released their second album, Hype in 1992 but nothing happened as the Madchester scene began to lose momentum – they split up soon after.
