Music today has been the debut album by Marta Del Grandi, Until We Fossilize, which I discovered a few weeks ago and went back to today. Originally a jazz vocalist born in Italy she now has a more arty feel. Strange sounds, sweet melodies, odd and simple, I’m hesitant to compare her to anybody else, best listen, you’ll either like it in the first five minutes or you won’t, if you don’t it doesn’t matter if you do you’ll be happy to have discovered her.
