3/3/24 – MARTY’S DAILY ALBUM PICKS

Music today has been Norway’s Motorpsycho and their umpteenth album Kingdom of Oblivion (2017). They have so many great albums, it’s catchy, heavy, melodic, and interesting rock music. I was mainly turned on to them by Nicklas from Anekdoten and we saw them once at a festival we were playing in Norway, although they didn’t really grab me then. It was only after I started listening to their records that I wanted to hear more and maybe that would help in a live situation too, but then there’s not many bands I’ve seen open air in recent decades that I’ve loved…except Sigur Rós.
